Even on short notice, pls is capable of manufacturing gauges and prototype/serial tools for plastic Injection molding. We assemble and produce tools true to your drawings or CAD data and are happy to provide our know-how, too, if need be. The corresponding try-out and production of sample parts happens on pls-owned Injection molding machines.
In order to realize your project, we can use following additional technologies, besides our tried-and-tested CNC milling machines:
Eroding
Our vertical eroding machine allows us to even process extremely hard materials or materials that are difficult to machine, thanks to electrodes made of graphite or copper which we manufacture ourselves.
Cad-Cam
This technology allows us to design models on our PC and to transfer the data straight to production by using the corresponding CNC program. In addition, it allows us to carry out simulations concerning the production or functionality.
